How We Deliver It

We do not adopt a ‘one size fits all’ approach to consulting. You are unique, and your organisation is unique too.

There is no right way, there is no wrong way. There is just your way.

We will spend some time getting to know you and your business first. We will then suggest a suitable intervention that is probably ambitious yet achievable.

Consulting

Consultancy usually takes the form of an initial meeting (or meetings) so that we can get a deep understanding of what your past, present and future may look like.

Regular meetings, either one-to-one or in a group, allow us to discuss your ambitions and ideas, then reflect.

However, what happens between the meetings is usually the most important aspect, and our consultants will help you set clear goals and targets.

Business Coaching

We work with business owners, leaders and managers on a one-to-one basis. Our aim is to make you more effective by taking time away from your day to day operations.

Whatever you need help with - motivation, bigger picture thinking, performance or just general business growth – we will put a plan in place to help you get where you need to be.

Coaching

We work with business owners, leaders and managers on a one-to-one basis. Our aim is to make you more effective by taking time away from your day to day operations. Whatever you need help with - motivation, bigger picture thinking, performance or just general business growth – we will put a plan in place to help you get where you need to be.

Business Mentoring

Less structured than coaching, our mentoring provides general support to business owners, leaders and managers.

This is more about general support or providing a ‘sounding board’ – monthly informal sessions, conducted on a confidential basis of course, where we get to discuss anything you want about your business organisation.

Interim or Non-Executive Directorships

Placing interim directors in your business can bring excellent, long term value in terms of goals achieved and value for money.

We agree a term (usually 12+ months) that suits you best and, in that period, the interim director would effectively become part of your team. We don’t help with day to day delivery but higher-level strategic support and development.

We also provide non-executive directorships, usually for larger organisations, to supplement your board or management team.

Workshops

For many years we have delivered workshops to teams, groups of entrepreneurs and students, with entrepreneurship at the core.

Lean Startup, Value Proposition Canvas, Business Model Canvas, Ideas Generation, Business Innovation, Investment Readiness and The Funding Cocktail are some of the subjects we cover.

We advise workshop numbers to be between 3 and 15 people.
